Sorry to hear this Amar. I suppose you have tried wearing a mask? I found I have to wear a mask when in the loft as it was going for my throat/chest. Hope you can work something out to keep the birds and hope you get a good first race as this may give you the incentive to overcome the chest problem. All the best.

Thanks freebird i tried using a mask and yes it did make a lot off difference
