I breed the birds, I own the birds, I race the birds, I am in the RPRA, fully paid up as I am with Hereford, South Shrops & Forest of Dean Fed and Hereford and Dist FC so yes their rules apply. Nothing devious or underhanded just a group of people waging a few quid on some birds that will be racing anyway just for a bit of fun and maybe a little added interest? The prize money does not exceed the ceiling that would require a charity No, or indeed incure taxation of any kind. Look it all up and you will see for yourself. I sugested this as a bit of fun and thats what it is intended to be so if you do not wish to put your money where your mouth is and join in please keep your negative comments to yourself. Also in order for it to be payable through any union it has to be profit making and run as a business which this is far from. It is 30 maybe 35 Youngbirds in my Young bird section which would be raced anyway from my pocket and I have no intention of making or excepting a single penny for anything. I would not even let my own Son have a ring or two in this as that wouldnt be right and leave the whole thing open to talk of coruption.
