i personaly think if you resign befor agm and apply at same time to join as parnership being careful the person that is going to be youer partner is liked or it could be refused but i see no point in partner ships unless one brings money and other exsperiance someone i know took partner for year was then made to sell all his birds even though he had payed for them by other person or you must be good mates otherwise i would stay on my own but thats only my own thoughts

wel onece you resign if youer not like you could be refused membership but as you do not state have you spoken to sec and chairman on matter but it would be hard club if they refused you why not just take the partner as just help and maybe next year put then in as partner full time then you will have more idea on the club and members

at the agm u will have to put a letter of resignation in BUT state in the resignation that you have a letter in to rejoin as a partnership and also state in letter that if patnership is not accepted then the letter is void.

Thank You i will try get it in writeing from the regional secretary ,that way he cannot do the usual trick of telling me one thing and the secretary and objectors another thing.

you can see why this sport is constantly going down hill .i was talking too some lads in blackpool who have there own club, and are not in any union ,say all members are happy ,no rule book to destroy the club ,no union fees to pay to keep someone sat in a job.they have great racing week in week out ,thats the way forward i think .

you can put a letter in asking for a change of status..do not resign theres no need 2 believe me...a change of status ie from joe bloggs to joe bloggs& jimmy boots....DO NOT RESIGN......then its only a vote on your new status not like re applying... Thumbs up...just 2 add 1 guys done it 3 times as i know of in my club ...

I agree with gangster, just put in a letter for change of name and be at the meeting to tell them the aditional name is a junior!
