    I have a 15' x 5' young bird loft. What are members thoughts on how many birds should I keep in it?

    i would'nt put anymore than 40-45 in it Bob as long as the ventilation is good

    I used to have 60 in a 12 x 6 loft all the time and did ok with them but this year 47 in a 18 x 6 and won 3 of the 6 y/b races in the club with up to 600 birds away some weeks and the y/b ave easily and they were'nt on the dark,just had plenty of room and good feeding with plenty training...
