Have absolutely no clue about pigeons so please forgive my ignorance.

A white pigeon with grey tail, tips of wings, speckled around head..

could be a dove possibly? no idea..

He turned up down the farm where I keep my horses about 5 days ago and doesn't seem to be going anywhere! think he may have injured himself though as doesnt seem to be a very strong flyer. He also seems quite thin?

Ring number is wtc then a horizontal 60 then 1696.
Have had a look on his wing as someone said sometimes there is a number? but there isnt.

We're feeding and watering him etc. and he is being kept in a large dog cage overnight.
Wouldnt mind keeping him, but he would only be out of the cage for a few hours a day as there are working dogs and all sorts around. I have no idea if this is suitable? for him to be caged nearly all the time?

I'm really at a loss of what to do with him?

I'm pretty sure its wtc but will have another look tomorrow.

think its a fancy bird with a union ring on it, its not a racing pigeon by the sounds of the ring and the look of the bird..........
