hope someone can help!! found healthy very tired pigeon outside entrance to newcastle general hospital. A man said it had been there for hours. It was very tame so I took it home in a box and have put it in my shed with some food and water. It has a ring with 380twrc 09xx. Does this mean anything to anyone? Just want it to go back home.
