Ultimately the buck stops with admin how they run the site and have the power to control anything on the site, some may liken it to a dictatorship, technically they are right. Morally it is wrong and people hate being treated like this so the admin team will do everything in their power to answer any questions put to them, sadly we will not please everyone but we will sure try our best to clear any matter up that arises.
