    Customer service requires looking into.

Post by Bob on Sun Dec 13, 2009 7:20 pm

I gave all my nestbowls away to a friend as I wanted to change type. I gave away 12 Belgian Super Nestbowls as I wanted to go to the clay type. Finding out the clay type is collection only I decided to go for the Continental Nestbowl. I sent an order into Boddy & Ridewood for the nestbowls and Aviform products and notice the credit card transaction went through OK on last months statement. I have heard nothing from Boddy & Ridewood so 2 weeks ago I gave them a ring. None of the products I ordered where in stock. It annoys me to think I am waiting to start pairing the birds when all the time I have no chance of nestbowls but Boddy & Ridewood don't even drop you an email to say there not in stock and would I like to wait or do I require my money back. No they cash yer money and hold onto it. Anyway they said they were not in stock but would be availible next week, that was 2 weeks ago. Today I just ordered nestbowls from another company as I want the birds to bred sometime nest year and not in 2011.

Thats just an insult sending you a cure long after the birds are dead.

Yes the last order I recieved most the items were out of stock and I got a phone call telling me this and if I would like to change the order to a simular type. (Drink fountains)I have no problem with this, but to not inform you when breeding season is coming up is a little off putting.

I'm honestly surprized at that Amar, they have been spot on with us since we started dealing with them, and we found them to be cheaper aswell. Still, i suppose you can't be great all of the time!

I have dealt with Taylor's choice a number of times and their service and customer care was superb. Prompt delivery and I am in the Highlands of Scotland.
