    4 strays all in basket cant see the loft taken 10miles and tossed now 3 back why ??/do you think their homeing instink is to last line they traveled even in a car a bit like we do when driveing in one direction

    maybe the line they took is stored in there memory and when maybe tired or stressed they go on auto pilot and return .
    a few years ago i got a stray bird and returned via Amtrak the day after ,he let the bird out and it returned to me same day,twice more this bird was returned to its owner and twice it came back ,the bird was two year old and had won many prizes for the owner.
